Description
Air-Britain is pleased to announce the publication of the seventh edition of this biennial publication, containing worldwide fixed-wing military transports and patrol aircraft fleets ranging in size from the Cessna 208 Caravan and PC-6 Porter to the Boeing 747 and Antonov An-124. All known Western, Soviet and Chinese types are included, as are aircraft known to be on order.
In addition to aircraft operated by air forces, armies and navies, aircraft operated by Coast Guards, Customs/Border Services, Police Departments and civilian contractors operating on military contracts are included. Aircraft operated by Governments as VIP transports are listed.
There is also a list of aircraft that have been removed from the 2024 edition following accidents, have been withdrawn from use or preserved, plus notes on military designations and cross-references for US military tail codes.
